This iconic building captured our interest due to its unique combination of traditional features and a glass extension added in the 1990s. From its marble, iron, and wood staircase to the high ceilings and exposed structural columns, the building’s character demanded a thoughtful reinvention.

The redesign creates five premium apartments, transforming the dark basement with English courtyards for sunlight and ventilation. Preserving original features like the staircase and iron windows, it’s a stylish showcase of Velocity’s design philosophy.
